These Terms and Conditions apply to room booking enquiries, reservations, and stays at Hotel Agrawal Midway, owned and operated by Babulal Agrawal.

1. Booking enquiries

Submitting a booking enquiry through this website does not itself confirm a reservation. A room is confirmed only after Hotel Agrawal Midway confirms availability and booking details directly with the guest.

2. Booking advance

A ₹500 advance is required for a room booking. If the guest cancels the booking, this ₹500 advance is non-refundable. Please read our Refund Policy before making the advance payment.

3. Guest information

Guests must provide accurate contact and booking information. Guests may be required to present valid identification at check-in in accordance with applicable requirements.

4. Check-in and check-out

Standard check-in is at 12:00 PM and standard check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and confirmation by the hotel.

5. Guest conduct and property

Guests must follow hotel rules, respect other guests and staff, and use hotel property responsibly. Guests may be responsible for loss or damage caused by them during their stay.

6. Website information

We aim to keep room, restaurant, amenity, and availability information accurate. Actual availability and specific arrangements are confirmed directly by the hotel.
